Do I need technical skills to use WAO?
Not at all! WAO is designed specifically for non-tech users. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use our system. We've made the interface as simple and intuitive as possible.
How do customers find my business?
Customers can search for vendors by location, category, or name. Your business will appear in local search results based on your shop's location.
What if I receive too many orders?
You can temporarily mark items as out of stock or set a maximum order limit per day. You can also upgrade your plan to handle more orders.
How do payments work?
Currently, WAO facilitates the ordering process but payments are handled directly between customers and vendors. We're working on integrating mobile money and card payment options.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WAO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
WAO provides a platform that connects local vendors with customers through WhatsApp. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Accurately representing their products and services
- Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
- Maintaining the quality of their products
- Resolving customer disputes professionally
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Vendors can cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Intellectual Property
The WAO platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 247Grand Yanc Nexus Enterprise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
247Grand Yanc Nexus Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or via email.
